Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Track Meet (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Track Meet regarding your use of the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Track Meet. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password).
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@trackmeet.app of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Artist Content

By uploading music, images, or any other content to Track Meet, you:

• Represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for the content you upload.
• Grant Track Meet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the Service.
• Retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your original content at all times.
• Are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.

We do not claim ownership of any content you upload.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or transmit content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right
• Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful or disruptive code
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Constitutes spam, unsolicited promotions, or misleading content
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Includes personal information of others without their consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

Payments

• Fan-to-artist payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Track Meet does not store your card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
• All completed transactions are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
• Track Meet may apply a platform service fee on transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed at the point of transaction.
• Artists are responsible for any applicable taxes on income received through the platform.

Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the Track Meet application — including but not limited to its design, user interface, source code, logos, graphics, and non-user-generated content — are owned by or licenced to Track Meet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — either express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Track Meet and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Track Meet at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or our policies
• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform
• Involves fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content you have uploaded may be removed at our discretion. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the app or by email. Your continued use of Track Meet after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
