Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Track Meet account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible.

This action cannot be undone

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. You will not be able to recover your tracks, profile, or transaction history.

What will be permanently deleted
Your account & profile Name, email, profile photo, bio, and all account credentials
Uploaded music tracks All MP3/WAV files, cover art, and track metadata you have uploaded
Likes & connections Artists you follow, liked tracks, and fan-artist connections
App preferences & settings All personalisation, notification settings, and saved preferences

Note: Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance purposes, as required by applicable law. These records will be anonymised and will not be linked to your identity.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

Open Track Meet

Launch the app and sign in to your account if not already signed in.

Go to Profile or Settings

Tap your profile icon and navigate to Settings.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete Account option.

Confirm deletion

Confirm your decision. Your account and all data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

If you are unable to access the app, fill in the form below and our team will process your request within 7 business days.
