5. Camera and Media Access

Track Meet requests access to your device camera and photo library solely for the purpose of uploading profile photos and audio track cover art. We do not use your camera for any other purpose, and images are only uploaded when you explicitly choose to do so. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@trackmeet.app. Audio tracks you have uploaded will be removed within 30 days of an account deletion request.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Track Meet is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
